When I was as a victim in Jail, I overheard-hear what is said to others: To hear what somebody is saying only to others ‘, Prisoners and Under-trials talking that despite unaccounted offerings towards ‘Jail Funds’, we are all living under project ‘Unbearable and Miserable Conditions In Jails In India’ and they continued comparing various Jails systems like Tihar Jail, Burail Jail, Nabha Jail etc and so on.
I kept mum because I was answerless and helpless about the reasons of ‘Unbearable and Miserable Conditions In Jails In India’.
