Secular India Crushes Minorities

The largest democratic country of the world India has population of 1,147,995,904 people which include Hindu 80.5%, Muslim 13.4%, Christian 2.3%, Sikh 1.9%, other 1.8%, unspecified 0.1%. The narrated statistics show almost 19. 5 % population consists of minorities. As per survey of 2007 its 25% of population is living below poverty line. Majority of these people are from either part of minorities or belong to the lowest Hindu casts. She is overwhelmingly Hindu but officially a secular state. Muslims, Sikhs and Christian are struggling for their rights and bearing the brutality of Indian secular system since ages. In fact so called Indian secular state is having dual face and rights of the minorities are devastating ruthlessly. The Jewish and US leadership are extending full support to Indian government for thrashing out Kashmiries, Afghans , Iraqi , Iranian and other Islamic countries and Sikhs. In this connection, Israeli’s Chief of Army Staff has carried out visits of Kashmir many times. Raw, CIA and Mossad are cooperating with each other at regional and global level. These intelligence organizations are on their joint venture of destablizining the region and elimination of Muslim and Sikh nation. Washington always backed Tel Aviv on Palestinian issue and remained involve in elimination of Palestinian from their motherland. American and its allies are steadily killing many innocent civilians in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir and Palestine through heavy aerial bombardment and ground shelling in the name of war on terror. Their notorious intelligence agencies are also whole heartedly committed in planning and launching covert operations in Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Sri Lanka, Iran, Russia and Nepal. Extremist Hindu supported by government exploited the situation and started obliteration of Christian too from Secular India. A mighty Christian State US seems to be intentionally ignoring Indian cruelty against Christian Community due to their own interests.
In an informal gathering, a very Senior Official who appointed on a diplomatic mission in Pakistan Embassy at New Delhi narrated a very interesting incident of his first introductory meeting with Former Indian President Abdul Kalam Azad. On the day of meeting all officials lined up to meet the president, on his arrival they started shaking hands with him on their respective turn. Pakistani diplomat on his turn while saluting unexpectedly made wish bit loudly to the president by uttering the words “Assalam – 0 – Alaikum Sir. The president got stunned, shook hand and moved to next waiting official without replying Walauikum-0- Salaam. The curtsy demands that Indian President should have said Walauikum-0-Salam in reply to the diplomat. The purpose of revealing of the said episode was that when a person holding the top most portfolio couldn’t return wish according to his religious obligations due to any reason, then how come people from minorities can enjoy their religious norms and traditions openly and freely. So posing India a secular country is just an eye wash, in fact Hindu community is busy in humiliating the minorities purposefully.
The matter of not allowing to a popular film stars Shabana Azmi and her husband Javed Akhtar (a legend poet) for purchasing of flat in Mumbai is another awful example of so called Indian secularism. The stars disclosed recently that they have been refused to purchase a flat in Mumbai just because of their religious factor. Basically story behind the refusal was that Shabana Azmi used to raise her voice time and again in support of poor Indian Muslims. In response to Sahabana statement Hindu electronic and print media started thrashing them out unethically and immorally and just proven to be a baseless try of tarnishing the image of the actress and her husband in general public. What an agony, soulless people started commenting upon the character of their own popular actress and her legend husband Javad Akhtar.
Quoting two prominent examples in this article are sufficient enough to draw the true picture of Indian secularism. It shows that India has dual face and bluffing the world on the name of secularism where as in reality crushing the minorities through disreputable Hindu parties like Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and Vishwa Hindu Parishad .The government of India is involved in state terrorism against Christian, Muslims and Sikhs just to decrease their numbers with a view to eliminate them from India slowly and gradually. The violence of Kashmir, Gujarat, Amritsar, Orissa and Bengal are the real examples of Indian brutality.
Thousand of Muslims including elders, women and children have been smashed away by Hindu extremists and the security forces all over the India since independence. In 2002 under the BJP ruled province (Gujarat) in a single communal riot, more than 2500 Muslims were massacred by the Hindu extremists. Gujarat administration has provided full help to Hindu nationalists. It is notable here that since 1989 Indian forces and intelligence agencies have murdered more than100000 innocent Kashmiris. 6300 women have been raped in various overt and covert methods of state terrorism.
Sikhs nation is also being targeted since 1947. Indian security forces and its intelligence agencies found slaughtering Sikhs nation with a view to suppress their demands of Khlistan and reducing their overall population. The climax of Indian brutality was the Operation Blue Star conducted against Golden Temple from 4- 6 June 1984. Once the Military attacked on the holiest shrine of the Sikh religion simultaneously 38 other Sikh temples were also been embattled throughout Punjab. Over 20,000 Sikhs were murdered in these attacks. The assault in Golden Temple was without any warning. Heavy artillery, tanks, Howtziwer guns, and other mechanized weapons have been used against the innocent people. Surprisingly, the attack coincided with the religious celebrations on the occasion of the birthday of the Fifth Guru of the Sikhs. Guru Arian Dev himself was martyred while defending the dignity of the Sikhs. Two main conclusions emerge from this attack, firstly to humiliate the highest spiritual leader of Sikhs and secondly terrorizing, crushing Sikh nation, their dignities and their struggle for Khalistan Movement. According to the Amenity International Report of May 28, 2008 more than 250,000 Sikhs have been eliminated / tortured by Indian governments since 14 years. The report further mentioned that there had been gross violations of human rights, including Nandigram, in west Bengal, Kashmir and other parts of the India.
Christian is the third largest community but being dealt and treated as third rate citizen of India. Extremists Hindu started victimizing Christians since couple of years. Because in their opinion Christian Missionaries are actively preaching Christianity in their society. This year in the eastern state of Orissa, where a wave of anti-Christian violence began after suspected Maoists murdered Hindu leader Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati and four of his disciples recently .The Christian community denied the murder of Sawami and its comrades but Hindu society did not believe in their view points and started killing Christian through out the India particularly in Orissa province. The Global Council of Indian Christians (GCIC) reported that more than 114 anti-Christian attacks have taken place in various parts of the state. Dr. Sajan K. George, President of the Christian council said that the worst hit is the people in Kandhamal district, where more than 400 churches, 500 houses and many Christian institutions have been demolished. Moreover the people have fled to jungles for safety. Again in mid September 2008 Hindu mobs clashed with police and attacked homes of Christians in eastern India, in a communal violence 22 people in the region have killed. The Italian government has condmned Indian government for failing to control anti Christian riots and summoned her ambassador to stress the need for “decisive preventative and repressive action” against the Hindu culprits.
The secular India do not trust the minorities to fit enough for sensitive nature of jobs for example India’s intelligence services RAW etc never consider / prefer Muslims or Sikhs fit to work for them. Prominent educationist and former parliamentarian Humayun Kabir was known, among other things, for being a Bengali politician who did not pledge to the Muslim League’s vision of Pakistan. Instead, he chose secular India, rose to be the education secretary. But his grandson being from Muslim community has been refused to be inducted in RAW due to unwritten code within the agency. Actually most of the Hindu society and nationalists display obnoxious behaviour towards christain, Sikhs and other communities. The above narrated cruelties against minorities are just a glance of unlawful and inhuman actions of Indian state terrorism, its Security Forces, intelligence agencies and Hindu extremists .In fact, the pre-planned assassination of the Muslim inhabitants, killing and persecution of Christians, killing of Sikhs, destroying of churches, Madras’s and Temples by the Hindu fundamentalists more rigorously for the last 30 years, given a new dimension to Indian state terrorism. The open terrorism converted into global terrorism because of close association of world troika (US , India & Israel ) who are having expertise of undertaking covert and overt operation to convert majorities into minorities in South Africa , Vietnam , Palestinian and Kashmir . Thus UNO must be watch full and take stalk of the situation of their viciousness with the purpose of saving mankind from their brutality.
